Summer days!

The summer seemed to fly by quicker than ever this year, but we did manage to have a little fun. Between camps and lots of lake days these girls keep us busy.
AB and her dance team spent a week at UCA learning dance routines, she said it was some long days!

Th even brought home 1st place!!!

And while sister was away this girl was going to play!  Brit got to go to Pulaski Tech's Baking Camp for a week.  She absolutely loved it!  And we loved all the sweet treats she brought home each day.

Check out how amazing this cake was and it tasted good too.  B did all the fondant work on each little piece!

And the beautiful roses on cupcakes!

I picked the girls up form both camps and we headed to Fayetteville for the weekend.  Dad was in a golf tournament and we manage dot have a little fun on our own.  We went shopping, to see friends and even scooters downtown (although that was a but scarier than I expected!

AB's dance team pictures!!
Big heart eyes for all these photos!

Our friend from Hope, Livi even came to visit for a day

And i got to catch up with college friends!
B had a pool party at Claire's to get these girls ready for 5th grade!

And the highlight for dad of the summer, maybe the year or a couple of years was he got to attend a ProAm golf tournament with Chad.  Chad played golf and Mitch was his caddy, but it all worked out because he got to play with a legend, Phil Michelson! He said he was a really great guy and they had the best time! He also play with Tony Finau (below)

And B continue to improve on the wakeboard...
4th of July fun on the lake!

B went with our church to Camp Tanako for a week of helping do service projects, making bird houses and other fun things  She had a great time and made some new friends.

Ab and friends on the lake!
AB helped with a dance camp one week, her first paid gig!!
And a little progress on the basement project...this is going to be one for the record books!

AB surfing!

A day with Nora and Brit

And a little work photo op.  This year I did a campaign to raise funds for all 101 seniors in foster care.  We were able to give them all $100 gift cards, journals, bibles, and backpacks.  It does my heart good to know that these kids will know someone loves them and is rooting for them every step of the way!
