New York at Christmas Day 3

The New York City Slime Museum...Brit's pick for the trip.  I let each girl pick something they wanted to do don't eh trip and this was B's choice.  We spent the morning sliming...it was too much fun!

And watching the girls get slimed was my favorite!

Central Park was the highlight ...we walked most of the park and explored.  We tried to ice skate, but the line was soooo long, so we had to leave that for next time.  Love all the cityscapes from the park.

We spent part of the day exploring different parts of the city.  We visited Little Italy for some pizza, of course!

And Chinatown for some purses!!

The dry foundation..

After Central Park, we spent the afternoon shopping on 5th Ave.

And admiring all the world-famous storefront windows at Christmas time.  Bergdorf had the best by far!!

Then it was time to eat our way around the city and try a city cart hot dog.  AB has said ever since she was a little girl, she wanted to go to NYC and eat a hot dog on the street...well she is older now and doesn't even eat hot dogs anymore, but I made sure her wish was granted, and she gave it a bite!

St. Patrick's Cathedral was amazing!  It was breathtaking and inspiring all at once.  I just sat on the pew for some time taking it all in.  Christmas time in the city is something to see, but this was more than I could have hoped for at Christmas.

We had the best dinner overlooking times square...I just love all the little bars and restaurants tucked away in the city.  And the decorations in this place were just beautiful! Got to love mistletoe!

One last night in the Big Apple meant seeing that amazing tree one more time!

Brit stopped these fine fellows to pet the horse.

We loved taking in all the sites one more time...I just tried to soak it up, because this was my dream come true to experience with my family was icing on top!

Peace out NYC...it has been one amazing trip!!!
