Baby Bobo #2 on the way!

I am so excited to be posting this today, mainly because it feels like I have known forever and it is torture keeping a secret from everyone (those that know me well no exactly how hard that is for me!) Mitch and I are so excited to have another baby on the way. I am not clever enough to attach the ultrasound, nor would it even look like much more than a blob to most. We are due to have a baby in September. It has been an interesting few weeks for me with changes with my working situation, the addition of the new baby to think about, and the horrible morning (well actually all day) sickness that kicked in right away! Mitch and I had told the family a few weeks back and to my surpise I think they all kept a secret pretty well! We had decided to wait to tell everyone else until after the ultrasound was done. Addie Blaire is actually catching on to the idea much more readily than I expected. She has helped me in writing in my "belly book" and is even ready to change diapers or so she says. Just wish we could get her out of her own first!!! But that is a whole different story I am afraid. The only thing she wasn't sure about was when I told her the baby would need her bed, that didn't seem to please her quite as much.

In order to tell the family I decided that we would go about it the same way we had before with Addie. I had made a shirt for Zoe to wear a few years back and had just held on to it all this time. I don't think it had even been washed for fear the lettering would fall off. So I got Addie to try it on and off we went to make our rounds. It looks a little different on Addie then Zoe I must say mainly because Zoe only has 1 front leg so I had cut out an opening for her leg and left the other side closed off! It was great to get to use it one more time and it made for some fun photo opportunities. However, I was surprised considering this was a second run on an already used idea that it took everyone some time before catching on. Here are most of the pictures from our rounds with the families. I think I am just missing Bobo's picture so I will have to add that one later. I will try to stay up to date in the coming months, but I am not sure that the belly pictures will be available for eveyone's viewing, so you will just have to come visit me to see that. Please pray for our family for the safe and healthy arrival of another little heaven sent miracle!

Here is a picture of Zoe in the original appearance of the shirt. It is only too bad I didn't start my blog til after Addie Blaire was born. I have so many pictures that were never added so I may just have to add along the way with this pregnancy blog about a few of those special moments as well!

My grandmother, with her dog, Joy. She has been really sweet calling to check on me all the time. I know that she is really excited because she loves spending time with Addie.

Aunt Bran, and cousin Mason came to spend the night with us at the condo and I think she was a little more surprised than some of the others. I had watched Mason and Addie little did she know I was trying to get a little practise in ahead of time.

"G" was a little shocked, she was actually the one that took the longest to stop and read the shirt. I guess next time we need to make sure the grandparents are all wearing their glasses beforehand!
