Lila's Baptism and other such stuff

Addie Blaire was feeling a little groovy on decade day at school!
The girls were feeling a little under the weather on the night of the Christmas parade so we did a little indoor watching and I think it may be a new tradition much more enjoyable from the comforts of a heated car anyways!
I just thought this was cute cause you could see little Brit's handprint on the window, she was glued to the parade literally as you can tell.
Our little elf, Eli made his rounds this holiday season.  One day he left Addie BLaire's Christmas list out for her to write to Santa so that he could deliever it for her.  The next day he showed up and had the whole American Girl catalog with him. I guess since she had asked Santa for a doll he had a pen out for her to circle the one she wanted. Such a clever and thoughtful guy that Eli. As you can see he also even made a trip or two with us just to make sure everybody was on their best behavior!

The last tailgate of the Razorback season at War Memorial!  So sad it has to end we had too much fun tailgating this year.
We made our way to Grandma Bass's house one day to see our cousins from Chicago that were in town for a visit.  Little Baylor is such a cutie and it was so good to see how much she has grown this last year.  I wish we could get them together more often.
We went up on Sunday to little Lila's baptism in Little Rock. It was a nice way to end Thanksgiving week and spend some time with my family as well.

Thanksgiving and Mistletoe Fair!

I guess I will try not to make apologizes for being so behind but my goal for the next few weeks is to catch up where I left off.  I have to do things in order or it completely freaks me out.  I can't just skip over the holidays either so it just may be a slow process but I WILL get it done!  I have been working so much lately that at night I just crash after the kiddos are in bed so I have a day off and this is on my to do list.  If only it didn't take so long to attach this pictures.  I don't know what I do wrong but it is always a process for me to get it to work out.  So here we go..

Addie Blaire got the chance for the first time this year to perform at Mistletoe Fair in Texarkana. She has a new teacher this year  and this was the group's first performance together so it was great to see all the girls do such a good job!  Addie Blaire's ballet class was the first to go and they were great.  I thought it was pretty impressive that a group of 5 girls ages 3 and 4 got up in front of a huge crowd and danced their hearts out.  It also took some guts cause all the lights were on vs. a recital where it is dark so to me that is much more scary when you can see everyone staring at you.

The whole gang...

The pre school ballet class.  There were a few tears from some of the girls, but not from mine she was ready to dance and it showed on stage as well.
This picture is so funny to me because I have a picture that is almost identical to this one from when I was about Addie Blaire's age.  As you can tell we still have a ways to go before the recital but who cares it is just so dang cute whether they know what they are doing or not!
Addie Blaire started for the first time this year taking a hip hop class.  It is super cute!!  I love that she comes home singing her Justin Bieber songs and dancing right along.  I figured she would enjoy the speed of this class a little more than ballet and I think I was right.  The girls all did such a good job I was so proud of all of them!

Bobo and Ms. Sharon came to watch.
Nana came down to watch as well and afterwards we did a little shopping and then went to Genghis grill with the Maneth's.  Such a fun night!
Little Brit Brit was right there cheering on big sis!
Thanksgiving 2011 this year was in Hope for us.  We trade out the holidays each year and so we got the chance to hang out in town and it was so nice.  Aunt Bran, Uncle Mark and Mas came down and we had such a good time getting to hang out for a couple of days together.  We started out the holiday a little early celebrating Thanksgiving and Pop's birthday on Wednesday.  It worked out that we were able to be there for such a special man that we all love so much.

Addie Blaire and her main man Mas Dog!
Helping Pop blow out the candles, we won't say what birthday it was this year cause I'm sure he would prefer it that way and I can't honestly remember myself.
Nicki and Pop with all the great grands, so glad we at least got them all at least in camera range for the first time together.
"G" and the grands.
Thanksgiving day we went out to the Webster's for lunch.  It was alot of fun because of all the kiddos running around and we even made time for a little parade of sorts.  Addie and I had spent the night before making a few little treats for all the kiddos so I had to capture my creativity on camera and it made for some cute shots of some of the kids.  I must say they were very easy and hopefully next year will look a little better with more practice.

1st Birthday Pictures

I don't even know where to start.  I actually had to look at my last few posts to even know where to pick up from where I left off.  I must say I am way behind and with the length of time it takes to upload these pictures I may just give up.  I had to post a few of my little Brit's one year pictures from a few months ago.

Well that is a start!  I will have to catch everyone up on what this little one is up to these days and yes it does include walking!!!
