AB's 11th Birthday!

This year for AB's birthday we decided to try and squeeze in some fun between ball games as her birthday always falls at the end of softball season.  This year she decided to keep it pretty low key and we just went with a few friends to our new lake house..soon to be home.  I promise I will get to that!  She wanted time with friends on the lake and at Magic Springs so that is what we did!
We headed up after one of her sister's last ball games to Hot Springs with a stop in Arkadelphia at the Flying Burger for dinner.
We knew the man in charge and he hooked these girls up with some serious sweets!  Check out those homemade cinnamon rolls..I knew this meant we were in for a long night!
Then as we pulled into town we made a stop for some putt putt golf!  And the fun continued....
We came back to the house for a little late night crafting that I made them do outside!  They made their very own tie dyed shirts!
And then sometime late into the night, they crashed watched movies.  They all piled in to our empty house because we had yet to move in much furniture!  The blow up beds didn't seem to bother them though!
The next morning, we had a lovely breakfast of cake!  Let them eat cake!  And I did, since after those cinnamon rolls the night before no one could think of it that evening.  The local bakery did a great job on AB's cake just what she asked for this year...and strawberry!

Then we headed out on the lake with Bobo for some ski time.  AB was able to show her friends her ski skills and she did a great job up on the first try!

And then, of course, we had to tube, and tube and tube until I finally made them quit.  I think they would have done that all day if I had let them!  We were trying to beat the rain so we had to get to Magic Springs  and then be back for a ball game that night!

We started the day off right on the coaster and then made our way over to the water park before it started to rain!

Happy 11th Birthday sweet girl!!  The years may fly by but you will always be my little girl!
And then pulled back in to town just in time for their ball game that night.  I know they were worn out but they did a great job and finished the season off well!
One of the mom's with major photography skills even shared a few of the pictures from that night with me.  Cool to see your child in action!

Fun with friends in Texarkana!
