We had a great weekend in Fayetteville! Mitch was playing in a golf tournament, so the girls and I broke loose and went with him. We even manage to score a couple of last-minute Chris Stapleton tickets! The concert was sold out, but I saw someone on FB selling tickets last minute, and we snagged them. Since Mitch was still playing, the girls and I enjoyed a fun night at the Amp.
I loved the opening act...Elle King, she was sooo good.
I def had the two cutest dates!!!
And best of all, I saw two of my high school besties...Jessica and Renee! The girls and I met Renne and Vivi for lunch. Then Jess and I stayed in the same hotel, catching up late!
She also had a blast at Henslee's super cool bday party at Magic Springs!
A day and night on the lake with the Morris family and these two cute twins!
B spent a few days before school started helping out at the middle school. She spoke to all the new facilities and gave school tours to all the new students. She was a natural pro!
A quick trip down to Hope to see Nicki and Pop. Unfortunately, due to all the daily practices, we didn't get down there at all this summer. We had less than 24 hours in town but made the most of it by visiting friends and family. Sweet Nicki seemed to be doing pretty well!
AB and her Klife crew
We had all the girls over one afternoon to our house for some lake time with their new leader Klife Becca.
Sophomore girls group
A 24 date with my mom and sister was just what I needed. So we got away to celebrate my mom a little late with a night's stay at the Oaklawn hotel. We shopped until we dropped and had some good food and laughs....
Snowcones by these two on a hot lake day. Cold water cones are in business! These girls did really well and were even able to donate some of their proceeds to The CALL...sweet, sweet girls!AB got her dance pictures back for this year, and they were so good!
And just like that, it was volleyball season.. the first game was the week before schools started! They won!
And just like that, it was time for the open house. AB was playing volleyball, so B and I went to meet her teacher, Mrs. DAvis. I think this girl is going to have a great year! She has 3 teachers this year, and they all seem so excited to get started.
The girls had parties galore that weekend...these two were headed off to their Glam Disco party!
AB and Adalie both looked so cute!
And while they were away, the adults would play. There was a huge flotilla on the lake with 20 families and everyone ready to kick off the new school year.
