Nutcracker 2020/ The Christmas Season is here!

AB did a great job in the Nutcracker again this year.  She practices so hard for so many months for this show and I am always so proud to see her perform.  This was her first year to perform in point shoes during the show and she did a fabulous job.  I can't imagine how hard that must be, so I am proud for all the many hours spent preparing even through the pain at times.
She was so blessed to have so many friends come to watch the show.  Sweet girls!

AB and Carly
We had a busy weekend with Breakfast with Santa for The CALL in Garland that weekend also.  It was such a cute event this year with the flamingos and decor.  The kids love to attend each year and this year the cousins were even in town to come too!

We left the breakfast just in time to make B's basketball game in Fountain Lake.  G and her cousins even came to watch.

B even got to be the one to lead off with the tip!

The whole family made it back in time for the matinee show!

Ad another group of Klife friends came to support the girls!
Just another day in the lives of Elie and Olie.

Dad and his stash even made the show..don't worry ladies he is all mine!  And the stash will hopefully soon disappear!
My party girl!
B even found a few familiar faces at the show.
Adalie didn't do the show this fall so it was a treat to have her come watch.

Hope and the girls
Little sister wasn't shy...she wanted her picture with the professionals!
That night even after a late show and how tired I know AB was...she stayed up and wrote the benediction for her little sister for that next morning at church.  Not sure how to tell you in words how much this meant...I know these girls love each other but in times like this my heart skips a beat.  I know big sister is always looking out for her little and how much little adores her big sis.
And this girl delivered!  She did great reading word for word the prayer her sister so sweetly put together for her right in front of the entire church!

The next week I was lucky enough to get away from work in time to watch AB's school girls choir perform at the state capitol.  So proud of these ladies, they represented well!

Just a little fun Wednesday night in Hope.  I was so excited to get the chance to sneak away and see my ole pals Allison and Anna and celebrate the big 30 with Colby.

Aunt Bettye even made it to our game in Sheridan to watch our girl!
A little basketball game in Sheridan and a sleepover with friends equals B's perfect day!

A basketball game at Pop's old stomping ground at Ouachita High School
B's friends host a girls party each Christmas.  They make lots of goodies and go caroling at the nursing home.  This sweet girls certainly brightened their day with the good cheer and lots of hugs!

And the day this one had been waiting for months finally arrived!  We got braces!!

Silly elves..always up to something!
A few more headshots compliments of mom's phone.  I was trying to get the perfect Christmas card photo and in a matter of less than five minutes outside I would say I was successful!!  It's easy with such cute subjects!

AB's friends celebrated with sock party!

Whew...and to think Christmas still isn't here yet after all that!
