On November 20, 2012 we lost "Katie" Claudelle Bobo. She was such a sweet woman with a strong spirit. It was said at her funeral by the pastor that anyone can leave this life but he only hopes himself that he could leave with the beauty and grace that this woman did. She embraced her faith so fully that she looked forward to her life after she left this earth. She realized that she had lived her life and without any regrets and therefore she was ready for the next step. In fact the day before she passed when she was barely able to speak at all she looked at Rodney and as he said "I love you" she clear as a bell looked up and with her finger pointed straight upwards and said "home." It is because of her strength and peace that we all were able to let her go. I know she is making Heaven a better place just like she did her on earth. We will miss you Mamaw Bobo!
