Times with Nana and Pop

For those of you that follow the blog (which I sometimes wonder who would really want to considering the rambling that takes place here most of the time!) this will probably be the most unorganized, longest and somewhat confusing post to date.  The reason is because my mother finally gave me some pictures that she has had on her camera for well, let's just say sometime considering you may think that some of the pictures of a wee one are Britann, but instead little Addie Blaire.  However, for those that always try to compare the two girls this post will serve you well in seeing Addie at 1 year and now Britann.  I couldn't help but want to post some of these many pictures she gave me because each serves as a memory and also a reminder of the times my girls have shared with my parents.  Mitch and I always give my parents a hard time about why my girls love to go to their house so much.  We keep saying what could you possibly be doing that is so much fun without ever leaving the house that keeps them wanting to come back!!  Well after a few sorta tears as I looked over the photos one word comes to mind: love, pure and simple basic immeasurable love!!  I can see it in the girls faces and in the simple pleasures that they enjoy while there.  So for all those moments that may not seem blog worthy to some this one is for my girls....
Once again I may have to put some captions out because these are in no particular order at all!!

Britann and I spending the night in a chair at the hospital during the worst snow storm in recent history in Arkansas waiting for little Lila to make an appearance.
This is the jeep that my grandpa Fowler owned years ago when I was a little girl that my dad has bought back and now takes the girls and I for rides, when the guys aren't hogging it.  This is from the day he brought it home.  There are other pictures to come of rides in this jeep.  This is Addie Blaire trying it out for the first time.
First piece of corn on the cob (Addie at about 12 months) one difference that is apparent between the girls is the lack there of on Brit Brit of these golden locks!!  Sorry baby.
At my sister's rehearsal dinner on the mountain with the flower girl, Addie!
At one of my sister's showers, with Addie and my grandmother Bass.
more recently from the farm with the girls, i have so many of my baby pictures taken at the farm with my grandfather so these pictures are pretty cool to carry on.  this was our picnic with pop.
This is a picture of Addie with daddy doing her imitation of a horse jockey. As you know Mitch is a fan of the races and he is passing his love on to now both the girls.  They get to ride the pony with all the commentary just like at the track.
Addie Blaire made some new friends at Bible school this year with my mom.
Another more recent jeep pic, can you tell we had just woken up!
I can remember several picture of my sister and I like this on my dad and now to see my girls it is pretty cool.  The only difference sorry dad but a little more hair on the head back then!
At Bible school Addie had the pleasure of meeting one of my all time favorite sweetest woman I know, Mrs. Duncan my 1st grade teacher.
This is ritual at my parent's every morning when we wake up Addie helps Pop fix breakfast.  She is really getting good too, she now can crack the eggs for Pop (and without any shell!)
My mom and Addie presented me with this flower for mother's day that they had worked on one afternoon while I was gone, and I think it might be the only living plant in our yard right now so good work guys!
Brit Brit!
Big sis is really trying to help but that television sure is tempting.
Brit Brit again.
Little Brit was so sleepy,  how stinkin cute is that.
Pop has bough Addie and he several different projects to work on and this is one of them, a nice little pirate ship that they built together.
For any of my friends from way back you may remember "the bear"  this is Addie in her favorite place in my old room.  Still looks the same as when I lived there.
Over the years my mom kept all my old toys and one of Addie's favorites is these blocks.  Well she always attempt to stack them as we cheer her on found these two comparison from the past few years...
getting pretty good.
Now to conclude with some pictures that I just got from our session with Melanie.  We got some cute ones of the girls I think.
