We got soooo much snow this year! It broke records! Businesses were shut down, roads were closed, travel was restricted it really was the craziest thing! A whole week of everyone working from home! But it was also pretty amazing! Waking up to beautiful snow each morning, getting out with friends to tube and sled, eating lots of warm foods and cuddling up with my favorites.
The country club golf course proved to have some pretty great hills for sledding!

WE went to our church several times that week to drop of money and items they were needing. They opened up our entire worship center to the homeless all week, they even let them bring in their pets and belongings to try and keep them warm as we experienced below freezing temps each night. What a joy to see everyone serving!
WE even celebrated Ash Wednesday from home..thanks to Brit for making it happen.
But by the end I think we were all like Charlie, going a bit stir crazy and ready for some lake weather!
