It's always a good day to be in Fayetteville, I would say it is always a good day to be a Razorback but that is isn't always the case! The girls were so excited for our trip to the hill to hang out with friends and watch some football. Our first stop was by a friend's new house in Fayetteville and then to the hotel to meet up with the Gentrys. But first we had to see what this place was all about after all it was named after us. Good little snack indeed!
That night we went to dinner with friends and then had a little sleepover back at our hotel. We loved it because both the beds were king size so plenty of room for these kiddos and Sallie who we picked up along the way.A little breakfast of champions before we head off to the gym with Renee's mom for some excersice.
And no pics of the workout due to the fact that I was sweating like a pig but we did manage to head for a little refueling and smoothies post workout. I was so proud of the girls they did great in in their areas too, the gym has a place for kids to workout and that is their favorite part. AB requested that we go this year just like last.
Then we rushed back to the hotel to clean up and head to the tailgate. Love these stylish chis and dudes. The girls wern't so sure when I started ripping up their t shirts that Mrs. Allison had made but wehn all the college girls kept complimenting their outfits I looked over and AB was all grins..sometimes mom does know what she is talking about!!
Dad and some of his college buddies.
Ready for some football!!
Too cool for school!!
We did manage to find a few familiar faces in the crowd...Big Red
and Sue E!
All smiles after the game...and sooo hungry! Ready for some pizza with friends at Mellow Mushroom.
We had a big spot reserved at Mellow for a bunch of Mitch's fraternity brothers and their families. I think the kids had as much fun as the adults. The girls loved on James all night long!
MR. Kevin even took them in the kitchen to help make a pizza...cool stuff indeed!
Then the next week it was back to school and just like that AB's first volleyball game. She has done great this season and is really loving every second of the games. I just wish the season lasted a little bit longer!
Fall is in full swing...now it's my favorite time of the year Halloween CANDY CORN season!
