The Bobo's: AB 's 9th Birthday WEEK!!

Swimming lessons we have a whale and a dolphin now!

and then the birthday girl made a big decision...we have talked about getting her ear's pierced for a long time now and i never thought she would go for it but she did it! She did a great job never cried a bit, she was tough! And best of all she loves them!!

The weekend before her birthday we went with the Sarver's for a day of fun on the Caddo River. This was a first for our family...wasn't sure what to expect from the girls or myself. After all this is the girl that almost drowned with my mother many years ago...funny story is that the water was about 4 feet deep and my dad just grabbed my mom and i and sent us floating down the river.

We spent the entire day on the river and it was wonderful...ready to do it again!

We celebrated AB's birthday as a family that night and she got the one and only gift she asked for..a kendra scott necklace. She was so excited!

On Sunday, we celebrated the dad's in our life and the girls had made Mitch the most awesome present and it was all AB's idea. She cup with this idea of dad's handy helpers and the fingerprints all by herself then she and B got a little help from miss Aimee to make it happen. They were so excited to give this to him.

that next week our little town got some major rain and I had to take a few pics because this never happens so I had to document the craziness.

and now to the good stuff...AB wanted only one thing for her birthday party. A sleepover at the lake. So we started out from home about 5 and headed straight to Hot Springs. The girls immediately put on suits and were in the water while i ordered some pizza.

Then after dinner we headed over for a round of putt putt

and then because we were really getting crazy we rode go carts! Thankful for all the other moms who jumped in to ride with the girls. AB got a ride with the pros at the track.

then we headed back to the house for some birthday cake

then some late night swimming.

and a midnight boat cruise. I think they enjoyed themselves.

later that night we had a karaoke contest and played until about 2am...but don't worry these girls were back up at it again bright and early the next morning.

and ready to tube!! Thank to Bobo for spending the morning with us making circles on the lake...and more circles!

They loved every second and then Bobo treated us to Zaxby's before we headed back home!Great 24 hours with these girls!! The party was a huge success.
