the last weekend before school was out we just couldn't stand it anymore so we headed for a weekend on the lake! The girls were so ready for some fun in the sun!
We finished out the season with our last ball games or so we thought...and AB ended up with quite the RBI according to our coach. That will be told more in detail later!
Sister had finished her season so she had time to play with friends during the games.
AB's class even had a final field outing to the farmer's market for some good eats.
And little B was busy saving the world! My little Miss Liberty was quite the star in her end of the year play. She held that torch with pride and sang her little heart out too.
She even got her K4 diploma...can't believe i will have a kindergartner next year!
It has been a great year...mainly due to these two wonderful teachers Mrs. Nations
and Mrs. Bobo (or cousin Carrie)
two silly buddies...thse two love each other..most of the time i think!

and of course mom, dad and AB were there@! She had quite the audience rooting for her.
I mean seriously could she be any cuter?!!
and then it was here...the Last day of school is finally here!! K4 and 3rd grade...adios!
What better way to celebrate then with an end of the year water party at church! These kids had a blast!
Loved Mrs. Adams! She is a jewel and such a role model for these young children. I feel blessed that God chose her to become part of our lives!!
Time to celebrate!! Summa is here so the girls and I started it off right with a trip to Magic Springs to get our summer passes going!
The first week of summer the girls spent in the pool getting ready to swim like little fish. B did great in her classes and even moved up a level this year. but the biggest accomplishment this year was jumping off the HIGH dive! I couldn't believe that 1. Nana let her and that 2. she was brave enough to actually do it when she got up there! I am so proud of this girl..I just wish the video I had I could upload so for now you will just have to believe me that it did happen and I have proof!
AB even got in on some chores that week while at nana's.
and the whole family went for a hike....

and then we stole them away for a weekend on the lake with their other cousins...they had a blast playing on the tube and riding their new boards for the first time.
Pretty good for their first time i would say...
These two are always up to a little mischief!
